Extended Content Labels (ECLs)
Expanded Content Labels (ECL) are also known as multi-ply labels, peel-back or resealable labels, booklet labels, and fold-out labels. They combine a Pressure Sensitive Label and a folded or bound outsert. ECLs offer such benefits as increased space for regulatory and multilingual information, adaptability to virtually any container, tamper-evident devices, and reseal features for repeated reference. Expanded content labels contain more space for information than ordinary labels.
